Here is another section of the interactive mural that will magically come to life when viewed through a special downloadable app. With a special app that can be downloaded to any smartphone, you can interact with the mural. The Disney Mural at AdventHealth for Children features multiple interactive elements from various Disney universes. A special card is placed in front of the artwork and a video is played for each Disney character, including Yoda, the green alien whose hidden message about being connected to the “force” is pagan eastern spirituality. Here is the “Magic Art” inside the AdventHealth Children’s hospital. The wireless system will also unlock special elements to further personalize and enhance the experience, such as “enchanted” artwork that comes alive. And patients can customize their hospital visit by choosing their favorite Disney stories and characters, which will surround them during their stay. Magic Portals will engage patients and families with games and favorite characters. “ Magic windows will provide mesmerizing views into the active, living worlds found in Disney stories. Dick graduated from USC with a bachelor’s degree of Science in education.ĭick applied for a summer job at Disneyland and was hired by Van France in May 1955 as an orientation training instructor. His dream of playing professional football was short lived however when he got a broken neck during a game. He received a football scholarship to USC and was ambitious in becoming a professional football player. Dick said,” Walt believed strongly that what would make Disneyland different was the people- he wanted them to feel that they were part of the organization.”ĭick was born on May 20, 1932, in Cedartown, Georgia. Dick’s achievements includes most of the Disney theme parks including “Project X,” which became Walt Disney World Resort.ĭick was often referred to as the “preeminent theme park executive,” and learned from Walt to always focus on the people.
